CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer service is an essential part of the relationship and something that we feel very strongly about at WebAds.

Each publisher will have an account manager assigned to them who will look after them and their websites personally, answer any questions that arise and organise regular review meetings (minimum standard is quarterly).

The site will also be included in the WebAds network, which is divided into very distinct channels. Each channel is dedicated to quality content and specific target audiences and is represented by a dedicated channel manager.

Supported by channel executives and a key account team, the channel manager ensures that every website within the channel is optimally represented to both direct advertisers and media buying agencies.

Any bookings made on those channels are then regularly reviewed and proactively optimised to ensure maximum performance and return for advertisers.
